Have you lost the League after the victory of Barcelona in Valencia?
Not yet. They have got an important victory, but there are still some possibilities, but Barcelona are playing well and after winning seven consecutive games we hoped for a mishap from them. We must win our games and we are going to focus on that. We will keep on fighting because there is still a minimal possibility.

What do you think of the debate in England about Liverpool, that in case of winning the Championship League, they won´t be able to play in the next edition.
It would be difficult that they weren´t allowed to defend the title, because it would start a campaign supporting them. But before that they must win against Milan, so that there can be that debate. I wouldn´t like to make a campaign but it would be strange if they could not defend the title.

Even if the season is not over, how do you consider your first year at Real Madrid?
It has been a very good start, I have met a lot of people, I have scored a good number of goals and I have just missed not winning a title. Besides that, everything has been perfect. Let´s hope the situation won´t change next year.

People talk that the Club might sign another forwarder, would you be worried about the arrival of more competitors?
In every club, there is challenge to reach a place within the main line-up. And the main teams are always careful to reinforce their teams with another footballers. I am aware that I must work and play well in order to have a place. In a small team there is so much competition. I am not scared, I like challenges and that pushes me to improve.

Have you received news from the Club that they are satisfied with your work?
Almost every day Sacchi is in the training and we meet him in the changing room, the halls and he talks with us normally. We haven´t had a formal meeting with them yet.

Have you seen Maradona?
I was told he was going to come tomorrow. I have heard that he has come to Madrid and I read that he could come here, it would be very nice to have the possibility of knowing one of the best players in the world.

It can be a bit frustrating to win the last ten games and not reach the title.
It is possible to reach that challenge, because we are just three victories away. We thought that we were going to be closer to Barcelona with this good luck but it also proves that they are playing very well. It would be very important to win these last three games, because there is still some small possibilities, but we need Barcelona to fail.

In the last surveys Lampard appears as the main signing for the fans.
He is an incredible footballer, that he has won two titles with Chelsea this season, and he plays in a very good club. I imagine that since he was born in London and plays in a town at his town, he will be very happy. I´m not surprised about the interest of the teams about him because he is an excellent player. I have never talked with him about life in Spain, but if he asks I will give him my opinion.

Everytime that Barcelona show off, Eto´o is there to give the coup de grace to Madrid.

He is playing very well, he has scored many goals in the last games, just after people were saying he didn´t have options to win the Pichichi. Now there is a possibility, he´s just three goals away and even if it´s complicated, I will help him because he´s my friend and I will try to give all the passes he needs. I would like him to win.
